General information

According to art. 359 of the Law on higher education and science, the Minister of Education and Science's scholarship may be granted to students who have got significant achievements in sciences or arts (connected with their programme of study), or significant achievements in sports. The scholarship is awarded for one academic year upon the Rector's application.

Students interested in applying for the Minister's scholarship need to:

Submit their candidacy at the Jagiellonian University in the MS Forms survey (concerns all the JU faculties except for the JU Medical College) or by email to one of the addresses below (concerns JU Medical College only):

Faculty of Health Sciences: Mr. Krzysztof Pilch (adres e-mail: krzysztof.pilch@uj.edu.pl)
Faculty of Pharmacy: Ms. Barbara Jyż (adres e-mail: barbara.jyz@uj.edu.pl)

Wait for an email with log-in and password to the ZSUN/OSF system – those data will be sent to the candidates after the system is opened by the Ministry and the accounts are created by the university's administration in the first days of October,
After receiving the data, fill in the application form in the ZSUN/OSF system and attach all the neccessary documents (in Polish) until October 10th 2023.
